Made by Speedo, through exstensive research, Speedo has identified optimum positioning for the Turbulance Management System which reduces drag. A unique 3D titanium silicone scale applied to the inner forearm Flexskin panel. This allows the swimmer to neutralize the effect of the suit (ie. feel the water). Seems are engineered to follow the direction of the water flow to reduce drag. Super stretch thread allows greater comfort and freedom of movement. Engineered for performance - to fit like a second skin. Fastskin FSII uses two different fabrics, Fastskin and Flexskin - to accomodate different flow characteristics across the body and reduce drag through the water. Result? Up to 4% decrease in drag compared to the original Fastskin.
