Our hours are monday-friday 8-5pst. Two-day and overnight orders placed before 2:00pm will be shipped same day. ie:an order placed on Monday before 2:00pm will be received Wednesday. Items ordered on the weekends will ship the following monday. This applies for in stock items only.

Return Policy:4 Seasons Swimwear always stands behind its merchandise. We will replace any and all defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new unworn condtion with all the tags attached and returned to 4 Seasons Swimwear. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise as well as the return shipping cost. Health regulations and common sense require that all swimwear be tried on over underwear or may not be returned. 4 Seasons Swimwear reserves the right to reserve/return any and all items which have been improperly cared for or abused. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Any parcel returned without an RA# will be refused. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damage to items caused by chlorine or other pool chemicals.

Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing to match our current published catalog.

Refund Policy: Customers who return a product and are not able to take advantage of our exchange or merchandise credit programs, will be issued a refund at the request of the customer. New, unused products returned to us within 15 days of the original shipment date will be accepted, subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge. There will be no exceptions made.
