SHIPPING: Our hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. 2 Day Air orders placed before 2:00pm PST will try to be shipped the same day. ie:an order placed on Monday before 2:00pm PST will be received Wednesday. Items ordered on the weekends will ship the following Monday. This applies for in stock items only. All packages are shipped Federal Express 2-Day Air(signature required). Federal Express delivers Mon-Fri and excludes National holidays.
USPS is now available. The shipping amount will show up as $40.00 when ordering, but you will be notified via e-mail regarding the actual charge. You must respond to this e-mail. USPS typically takes 5-10 business days.
Credit Card Chargebacks: Persons disputing legitimate
charges will be charged $10.00 per chargeback.
RETURN POLICY: 4 Seasons Swimwear Team Aquatics, Inc. always stands behind its merchandise. We will replace defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new unworn condition with all the tags attached and returned to 4 Seasons Swimwear. Clearance and custom items are not returnable.
New, unused products returned to us within 15 days of the original shipment date will be accepted and may be subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge.
Racing suits are intended for special events only. Often times these suits will only last up to 5 swims. Racing suits will not be replaced for perceived longevity by the customer.
All returns and exchange postage are the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a mistake is made on our part, we will reimburse the consumer for return shipping via USPS Priority Service only.
A $20.00 fee will be charged for redirected packages. What is a redirected package? It is when you have
provided us with the wrong address, the shipper calls us and tells us this and the package needs to be redirected to the
correct address.
Health regulations and common sense require that all swimwear be tried on over underwear or may not be returned.
4 Seasons Swimwear reserves the right to reserve/return
any and all items which have been improperly cared for or
abused. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Any parcel returned without an RA# will be refused. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damage to items caused by chlorine or other pool chemicals.
PRICING ERRORS: 4 Seasons Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice. As always, you will receive the most current prices when you call. 4 Seasons Inc. is not responsible for any typographical errors. All orders are subject to acceptance by 4 Seasons Swimwear Team Aquatics, Inc. We respectfully reserve the right to decline service to anyone we choose.
NOT RETURNABLE:
Due to Health Department Regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn swimwear. Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed, and are not returnable.
PURCHASE ORDERS We do accept purchase orders from schools and municipalities. The signed official copy of the purchase order may be faxed to us at 760-341-1962.

Taxes and duties may be charged by customs in
some countries; these are soley the responsibility
of the purchasing party.
Miami, Florida residents must pre-pay with a money order or cashiers check. There will be no exceptions.
